Whether she's charming with solo multi-instrumental sets, grooving alongside her Fiance in their high energy electric hip hop fusion trio Free Creatures, or serenading with her indie blues duet Verbs & Nouns, Emily Turner's effervescent spirit shines brightly through her performances. Her openness to all genres provides for a familiar, easily digestible yet unique sound for the listener. Her instrument of choice is upright bass, but she also excels at ukulele and enjoys playing and singing along to her favorite jazz standards, making for a supremely enjoyable, bright and relaxing ambiance.
