Nectar (Remastered) Now Available on All Platforms

I’m thrilled to announce that one of my original songs Nectar is now available on all platforms, including Spotify, iTunes, and Youtube.

This song was originally produced by Jared Masters in 2016 and included in our group Verbs & Nouns’ first album release. The album has since expired from all the streaming channels (except Souncloud!)

I wrote the song even earlier though, in 2011 while attending a plant systematics class at Southern Oregon University. We were learning about the botanical anatomy involved in the process of pollination, and certain words like “three lobed stigma” practically forced my imagination into overdrive. I scribbled most of the words used in the song down that moment in class, incorporating other bits of vocab as they leaked their way into my notes.

I wanted to release the song again, with a fresh mix and master, once again by Jared Masters, in order to celebrate the recent Hawaii Farmers Union United event, where I contributed a short video performance of Jared and I playing this song, as well as my original “Wish You Well”.

I hope you give it a listen and that it brings you warmth, a little smirk, and gratitude-infused visions of the beautiful women in your life.
